To invite new talent to your roster, you'll head to the main tab of your agency account and click on the blue "Invite Talent" button on the upper right hand side.

A pop-up window will appear prompting you to fill in your Talent's information. Once you've successfully filled out the Invite information, you can click "Send Invite Link" on the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up window

Once a creator has been invited to your roster, they will receive a single email with your brand’s logo inviting them to join July. This is the only communication that your talent will ever receive from July.

When they click Join Agency, they will be directed to a single page onboarding flow where they can link their social media accounts.

We partner with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch for first-party connections that enable top-level security and daily updating analytics. When a creator connects their accounts, we do not have access to any personal or monetary information, only public facing analytics.

TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch connections are very straightforward, but connecting an Instagram requires a Facebook Business page. If your creators run into any issues, we wrote a step by step guide on how to set it up. Otherwise, you can always hop on a call with a July team member to walk you through it.

Once an account is connected, your talent will see their connected account pop up below its platform. Once they've connected all the accounts they'd like displayed on their profile, they can click out of the connection window.

Voila! You’re all set and your roster is officially connected to July 😊
