July Invoicing

Getting paid used to mean leaving July. Not anymore.

This week we shipped invoicing end to end. Create an invoice, send it, and track it — all from a new Invoices page, all tied to the deal that earned it.

The rest of the week went to the pipeline. Multi-round deals can now collapse into a single row. Deals and Tasks load noticeably faster. And a handful of smaller asks made it in: duplicate rounds, contract notes, contacts you can add without leaving a deal.

New

Send invoices from July — bill brands directly, no export step, no second tool.

Invoices page — one place to create, send, and track every invoice. Deal and round names show in full, so you always know what you're looking at.

Offboarded talent — keep the history, clear the roster.

Talent notes on Decks — add external-facing context brands actually see.

Contract notes in Deals — internal-only, for the details your team/talent needs and no one else.

Create contacts from a Deal — add the new brand contact where you found them.

Improved

Multi-round deals, one row — a new setting collapses every round into a single row or card. Cleaner pipeline, same data.

Duplicate a round — copy a round inside a deal instead of rebuilding it.

Faster Deals and Tasks — meaningful speed gains across the Deals list, board view, and Tasks list.

Scroll position is remembered — leave the Deals or Talent dashboard and come back where you left off.

Weekly recap email — owners can toggle it on and control who else gets it.

Media Kits — auto-expand the About section when Highlighted Content is off.

Fixed

Fixed issues with search and autofocus in the New Deal modal

Fixed issues with loading and empty states on the Deals page

CRM Updates

This month we’re shipping some of the most-requested updates yet — with improvements across the platform designed to help you stay more organized and move faster.

Here's what's new:

Deliverables have been updated

Add due dates and go-live dates to each deliverable, link out to content once it's posted, and include internal notes for you or your talent. These dates will show up directly in your calendar view, so you have full visibility of what's upcoming.

You can now add Usage & Exclusivity

Add usage and exclusivity terms directly to a deal. Set a start date, end date, and a note on posting restrictions. All exclusivity periods will automatically populate in your calendar so nothing gets missed.

Rounds have been reworked (for the better)

Rounds got a ground-up rethink. Previously, each round operated as its own independent deal. Now, rounds live within a single parent deal — each with its own status, its own deliverables and its own card in the table view. Click into any round and it takes you back to the parent deal so everything stays connected. Multiple invoices are still supported.

Invoice tracking has been cleaned up

Invoices have a fresh look and a smarter workflow. Drop in a PDF and AI will automatically pull the information for you. Prefer to do it by hand? Manual entry is still there.

Introducing July 3.0

After months of building behind the scenes, we're excited to officially welcome you to July 3.0 — a major step forward in how we support talent managers and agencies as the only all-in-one management solution.

Here's everything new:

Complete Internal Rebuild

July has been rebuilt from the ground up to be faster, cleaner, and more efficient — unlocking a wave of new features rolling out soon. And yes — light mode is finally here.

Table View in CRM

A new table view in the CRM allows deal details to be seen and updated inline for a faster, more intuitive workflow.

Financial Reporting for CRM

See exactly how money is moving through your agency — with earnings broken down by manager, brand, and talent, plus a clear view of what’s coming in next.

Dedicated Tasks Page

Everything you need to do, in one place — organized by today, tomorrow, this week, and what’s overdue so nothing slips through the cracks.

Team Page

A simple way to see who manages who across your agency, which is especially helpful as teams grow.

Overhauled File Browsers

Decks and Reports are now organized into folders, making it much easier to find what you need and keep things tidy.

Refreshed Talent Portal

Talent has more visibility into deals and can start conversations directly. Code-based sign-in and a talent app coming soon.

Creator Birthdays

Collect and store creator birthdays in July so you can sort by age across the platform. Birthdays will also appear on your calendar.
