Folders for Decks (and more!)

This update introduces powerful new tools and improvements for agencies and creators. New features include the ability to add Decks to custom folders, summary descriptions and custom stats in Reports, and retrying failed payments for past due subscriptions. Agencies can now embed July roster links on any website, set minimum fee plans, request custom themes directly from the platform, and add manager emails from talent settings. Improvements include disabling the content dropdown in Reports unless proper socials are connected, trimming talent payout details, and allowing one-character custom profile titles. Fixes address modal behavior when editing display names, form error visibility, updated fonts in confirmation modals, and removing agency names from Media Kits of removed creators.

This update adds new features and improvements to streamline functionality. New features include toggles for exclusive or non-exclusive talent in talent details and the roster view, as well as invoice previews. Onboarding Refresh

This update brings a range of exciting new features, enhancements, and crucial fixes. Among the highlights are a streamlined creator invite flow for onboarding, Slack notifications for invoice updates, FastPay infrastructure for contracts, and custom content category management across various settings. Additional features include the ability to view talent payout history, agency logos linking to full rosters in MediaKits, and improvements to Split Payments functionality with a searchable input. Improvements across the board!

This week, we rolled out several new updates aimed at enhancing usability and streamlining the experience for our users. Media Kit highlights can now be toggled on/off, offering more control over displayed content. We introduced a dedicated sign-in portal for managers and implemented an automatic 7-day free trial through Stripe for new accounts. Additionally, we introduced a custom theme modal for agencies during signup, improved roster organization by sorting content categories alphabetically, and provided agencies with the ability to download invoices directly through our Payments tool.

WOOOOHOOOOOOOO. We have have some changes to log!


Our biggest feature that we launched is custom report content. Basically, anyone can add custom sections to our reporting tool for any kind of platform that we don’t support. Other than that, we introduced a new sign in portal to start making our onboarding process a lot smoother.


Fixes include refining the YouTube account URL and growth calculation formula, adding a loader for MediaKits, improving follower number rounding, ensuring only relevant info is sent when reordering deck entries, checking for alternate TikTok links in reports, rounding down outgoing payments to the nearest cent, and addressing survey template label titles.

Onboarding Refresh

This week we made significant changes and improvements to the general agency account onboarding. A new interactive pricing page was added along with a new in product flow to add a logo and invite managers. A banner was also added to the talent dashboard with a button to schedule an onboarding call with our onboarding specialist. Agencies can now use July’s talent onboarding survey template or create one from scratch. In terms of improvements, brand logos in decks can now be easily deleted and talent’s demographics are now visible in decks.

Custom Rates and Stat Control

New features include the ability to set custom rates in Decks for each creator and the option to disable or enable creator stats in Decks. An improvement has been made so that if the engagement rate is 0, it is automatically turned off for a cleaner and more accurate display.

Manual Roster Ordering

New features include the ability to toggle off date range filters in MediaKits per creator and manual roster view reordering. Improvements made include moving the Download Deck button from the header to the footer, adding a premium parameter for the Twitch Phyllo API call, and increasing the size and visibility of the add stories scrollbar for reports. Other enhancements include setting the Instagram post engagement rate to 0 if reach is not available, toggling off and disabling stats with a value of 0, and optimizing image loading for better performance.

Get ready for a speedier, more efficient July! We’ve significantly improved app performance and made some awesome updates, starting with custom stats in Media Kits and the ability to duplicate decks for even smoother workflows. We’ve also rolled out fixes, including adding past month story views, filtering out deleted talent from searches, and perfecting PDF downloads for decks and reports. Plus, we’ve cleaned up custom profile image sizing and improved the 'add stories' modal.

Payments Beta Release

HUGE updates this week! New features include Facebook connections, and finally, we launched V1 of July Payments for our first customers. V1 includes invoicing, payment splitting, and payouts. We’ve also added a “copy contact email” button in assets and created the frontend for the invoicing tool. Improvements include an enhanced seed script and a redesigned talent details social profiles page. Fixed issues include correcting a typo in the Deck highlighted content title, resolving Posthog not identifying agency managers, and enabling No-Auth in talent details.

Introducing No Auth

The latest update includes a new agency admin panel for payments and billing, and introduces a No Auth feature. Fixed issues include showing Instagram content for No Auth in MediaKits and decks, toggle switch spacing, and changing “Inter” to “Repro” in the decks editor. Other fixes address reduced MediaKit mobile top padding, the decks contact email glitch, UI consistency across empty states, and updating profile and MediaKit pictures for No Auth users. Additionally, sending invite links to No Auth users, a typo in agency settings, and hiding Instagram highlighted content have been resolved. In a significant update, we’ve removed all Pitch Deck code as part of a major refactor.
