If you purchase JULY's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We DO NOT collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

First Party Connections

July uses First Party Connections – direct connection to social platforms – to allow our data and analytics to be as accurate and updated as possible. However, when you connect a social account to our platform, we DO NOT have access to or store any personal log-in information, including username or password. We only have access to the data analytics listed here.

Use of your Personal Information‍ via First Party Connections

JULY collects and uses data from first party connections to operate and deliver the services you have requested. JULY may also be given access to personal information via your agent or agency to better help us create digital assets in your name. We will NEVER share this information without consent.

Disconnecting your JULY Account from First Party Connections

By connecting your social platforms to JULY, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of your social information to our team. If you do not want information about your social profile to be shared with our team, do not enable first party connections or sign into any of your social accounts via our application. Users may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time.

Sharing Information with Third Parties‍

JULY does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. JULY may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to JULY, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Right to Deletion‍

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will: Delete your personal information from our records; and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

JULY does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.‍

YouTube API Services

JULY uses YouTube API Services to collect and provide day-to-day information on your YouTube audience. By connecting your YouTube account via the YouTube API, you agree to being bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for additional information. E-mail Communications‍

JULY may contact you via email to connect your social accounts to our platform. This is at the discretion of your agent or manager. We will never contact you unless approved to do so by your representation.

Google OAuth Limited Use Disclosure

JULY reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
